IN THE KNOW: this creamy dressing can stay in the fridge for 1 week!
1 cup mayonnaise
3 T milk
2 tsp malt vinegar
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp garlic powder or 2 garlic cloves minced
3T freshly grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp anchovy paste
mix all together and let sit in fridge 1 day before using to allow flavors to blend well.
